James Tennant, managing director of Easy Guides, completed his Master of Arts with a study of readability (how easy it is to read a passage of text). He showed that through pictures and plain English, documents can keep their meaning but be easier to read.

The principles of easy to read picture based materials have been applied to online courses, PowerPoint presentations, e-Books, and a variety of hard copy training materials.

Easy Guides also has a variety of daily inspection checklist books including forklift, earthmoving equipment and trucks and light vehicles. Books are a handy A-5 size,. There are enough pages in triplicate to last 12 months.
