Creative Training Techniques

This workshop aims to provide a continuing professional development opportunity for existing trainers to hone their skills in an ever-changing teaching and learning landscape. It highlights creative training techniques and approaches that are supported by evidence-based research and is delivered in a dynamic and engaging way to model the methods that work. Specifically, it explores some of the traditional functions in delivering training with fresh eyes (providing both tangible actions and food for thought) and tackles emerging topics such as the use of brain science in learning and development and how to create learning that sticks in both a face-to-face capacity as well as within virtual training.
